The current tool rotates all pages uniformly. To rotate individual pages, use Split PDF to extract those pages, rotate them separately, and then merge everything back together with Merge PDF.
What rotation angle should I choose?
90° clockwise: rotate a portrait page to landscape (or fix a left-sideways scan). 180°: flip an upside-down document. 270° clockwise (= 90° counter-clockwise): fix a right-sideways scan.
