• You warrant and represent that you have all necessary legal rights, permissions, and licenses to upload, convert, modify, or sign the documents you submit.
• SmartAssPDF claims no ownership, license, or right of exploitation over your files.
• Files are processed automatically in isolated memory/temporary storage and permanently erased within 30 minutes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SmartAssPDF to:

• Upload viruses, malware, trojans, corrupted zip bombs, or executable payloads designed to disrupt backend processing systems.
• Circumvent security protections or attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or programmatic load injectors that exceed reasonable personal or business utility limits without prior written authorization.
• Process copyrighted materials, sensitive personal records, or classified documents without explicit legal authorization.

5. Third-Party Advertising & External Links

SmartAssPDF displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and third-party advertising partners to finance hosting, CPU compute, and maintenance expenses. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the products, services, or content featured in third-party advertisements or external websites linked to our platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and document outputs are provided "as-is". SmartAssPDF makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding output document completeness, typographic accuracy, formatting fidelity, or fitness for a particular legal or financial purpose. Users are strongly encouraged to retain original source files and inspect converted documents.
