Secure in Transit

All connections use HTTPS (TLS) to protect files and metadata while they move between your device and our services.

Short-Lived Storage

Files exist only for the duration of your task and are automatically deleted shortly after processing completes.

Least-Privilege Access

Operational access is restricted, logged, and reviewed. No one sees your files unless strictly required to resolve an issue.

Browser-First Processing

When feasible, we process files in your browser using well-known libraries to minimize what leaves your device.

How We Handle Your Files

Upload & Processing
  • We receive only what’s necessary to complete your chosen action (e.g., convert, compress, split).
  • Many tools operate client-side in your browser. Some tasks may require secure server-side processing.
  • Transfers use TLS. Temporary storage (when required) is protected with access controls.
Deletion & Retention
  • Files are automatically deleted shortly after your task completes.
  • We do not use your content to train models or for advertising.
  • Diagnostic logs exclude file contents; we keep only minimal metadata needed for reliability and abuse prevention.
Passwords & Sensitive Docs
  • Where a password is required (e.g., protect/unlock), we handle it only to perform the requested action and do not store it after completion.
  • For highly sensitive documents, prefer browser-only tools where possible.

Compliance & Privacy

  • Data minimization: we keep the least possible information for the shortest time.
  • User rights: upon request, we’ll assist with access or deletion of any account-related info.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies and basic analytics to improve reliability.
